In her role at Principia, Heidi is responsible for administration, the human resources department, accounts payable, and payroll. She has been instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity of talent, roles, and experience within the organization, which has contributed to retaining outstanding professionals in key areas of service to our clients.
