- Responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of automation projects across the organization.
- Ensures the successful execution of automation capital project that enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and drive innovation.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, optimize processes, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Key responsibilities include project management, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting on program performance.
Position: Program Technical Lead (1)
- Resources need experience with Delta V or DCS platforms
- Roles are either full-time on-site or hybrid transitioning to full-time on-site.
- Experience 8+ to over 10-year range.
- Responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of Technical Services projects across the organization.
- Provide qualification support for new system and/or equipment, existing equipment replacements, and/or modifications, provide technical support to the laboratory, manufacturing, packaging areas as well as the non-GMP systems.
- Applies advanced and diverse validation principles to the design and implementation of major systems or process modifications for capital projects
- Key responsibilities include project management, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting on program performance.
Position: Manufacturing Systems Architect (1)
- Resources need experience with Delta V or DCS platforms
- Roles are either full-time on-site or hybrid transitioning to full-time on-site.
- Experience 8+ to over 10-year range.
- Design and implement DeltaV control system architectures.
- Ensure system integration with manufacturing processes and IT systems.
- Lead optimization efforts for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with operational goals.
- Provide technical leadership and support for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
Position: Hardware Program Lead (1)

- Experience 8+ to over 10-year range.
- Lead hardware development programs from concept to launch.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Position: CSV Program Lead (1)
- Resources need experience with Delta V or DCS platforms
- Roles are either full-time on-site or hybrid transitioning to full-time on-site.
- Experience 8+ to over 10-year range.
- Lead and manage CSV activities across systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, GxP, cGMP, and other industry regulations.
- Collaborate with IT, QA, and manufacturing teams to validate systems.
- Oversee risk assessments, validation planning, and testing protocols.
- Maintain documentation and ensure audit readiness.
- Experience in CSV within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA, GxP, cGMP).
- Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Position: Automation Equipment Package Lead (1)
- Resources need experience with Delta V or DCS platforms
- Roles are either full-time on-site or hybrid transitioning to full-time on-site.
- Experience 8+ to over 10-year range.
- Responsible for managing the design, integration, and implementation of automation equipment in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Ensures that automated systems and equipment packages are developed, validated, and aligned with project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Works closely with engineering, manufacturing, and validation teams to ensure smooth project execution, adherence to timelines, and operational efficiency.
Position: Automation Project Managers (3)
- Resources need experience with Delta V or DCS platforms
- Roles are either full-time on-site or hybrid transitioning to full-time on-site.
- Experience 8+ to over 10-year range.
- Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of automation projects in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Ensures that automation solutions meet operational needs, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.
- Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to implement automated systems that enhance efficiency, compliance, and productivity, while managing resources, risks, and budgets.
- Lead automation projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, cGMP, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure timely delivery.
- Experience managing automation projects in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (GxP, cGMP).
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
