Job description:

As an experienced FactoryTalk® PharmaSuite® MES Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for FactoryTalk® PharmaSuite®, you will support daily operations and contribute to the design, development, and validation of Electronic Batch Records (EBRs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the SME for Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite MES, providing daily operational support.
  • Gather and analyze user requirements to design effective MES solutions.
  • Design, develop, author, and configure Electronic Batch Records (EBRs) to meet production and regulatory standards.
  • Document MES configurations, changes, and testing procedures.
  • Conduct testing and validation of EBRs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical challenges.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation to provide timely support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite MES is required.
  • Strong understanding of MES in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
  • Expertise in designing and configuring Electronic Batch Records.
  • Experience with system documentation, testing, and validation processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work on-site in North Carolina, USA.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., FDA, cGMP).
  • Familiarity with system integration and automation processes.

Compensation:

  • Relocation assistance
  • Rate per hour range $50 – $95 according to experience.
