Job description:

• Serve as PharmaSuite MES Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting day-to-day issues for deployed EBRs.
• Support MES implementation including MBR authoring, integration with other systems and manufacturing equipment, MBR validation documentation development and testing execution.
• Support PharmaSuite platform upgrades, and routine maintenance.
• Create and maintain technical knowledge-based articles in ServiceNow ticket system.
• Rotating shifts; expected to work every other weekend.
• Must be flexible in providing support to accommodate different schedules (production schedules, special process qualification/validation activities, shutdowns, go-live hyper-care support, etc.).
• Occasional extended hour and/or off-hour work may be required.
• Available for on-call shifts.

Required:

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging processes.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• English speaking, writing and reading.

Compensation:

• Relocation assistance
• Rate per hour range $50 – $95 according to experience.
