Juan Vicéns

Co-Founder & Vice-President

Juan A. Vicéns

Juan has a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering and a M.S. in Manufacturing Engineering with an Industrial Automation Specialization. 

He co-founded Principia, Inc., an Automation Management & Strategy company specialized in Electronic Batch Record/MES, Process Optimization, Systems Integration and Project Management in 2008. He was President from 2008-2016 and currently serves as Vice-President. 

Throughout his career, he was the Engineering, Integration, and Automation Lead in major Systems Platforms designing the strategy for ISA-88/95 projects for the pharmaceutical industry including: PLC/SCADA/HMls, Distributed Control Systems, Batch Controls, Building Management Systems, Data Centers, Medium Scale Virtualized Infrastructure, Network Design, and MES/Electronic Batch Records. Juan is an expert in PLC/DCS/HMI programming, troubleshooting, and support in major pharmaceuticals.
